per la maggiore sono
diventate proprio di tendenza anche in Italia e
per
prepararla in modo veloce oggi vi consiglio
la versione proposta da S.Martino
Per chi non conoscesse questo tipo di torta,
le Naked Cake
americane sono
formate da strati di morbida
sponge cake (al cacao in questo caso) intervallati
da una deliziosa farcitura di crema alla panna
o mascarpone oppure come più vi
aggrada.
Si chiamano anche torte “nude” perché sono
spoglie della copertura
esterna tipica fatta di glasse
per un effetto in stile shabby chic, rustic e
country.

anche voi?
Volevo inoltre dirvi che oltre al preparato per gli
strati di torte al
cacao, all’interno della confezione,
trovate anche il preparato per realizzare
la
crema alla panna per la farcitura.
Nota- Sulla confezione viene
consigliato di preparare la
torta in uno stampo da 20 cm e poi di tagliarla in
3 strati;
io ho preferito dividere in egual peso il preparato in
3 stampi da
16/18 cm. Ho decorato la torta con le
ortensie del mio giardino ma voi potete
decorare
con cioccolato, caramelline, fiori di zucchero, confettini ecc. 
Naked cake alla panna
1 confezione di “Le mie torte per
le feste”
3 uova
80/100 ml di latte
125 g di burro morbido
Per la farcitura
500 ml di panna
Versate in una ciotola versate il
preparato per
la torta e tutti gli ingredienti elencati.
Mescolate con un
frullino per un paio di minuti.
Dividete l’impasto negli stampi imburrati e
infarinati e cuocete a 160° in modalità ventilata
per 30/35 minuti. Sfornate le
torte e
mettetele a raffreddare.
Nel frattempo preparate la crema
versando il
preparato per la crema più la panna.
Montate per 2 minuti e ponete
in frigo.
Quando le torte sono fredde farcite ogni strato
con la crema compresa
la superfice e a questo punto
decorate a piacere con fiori, cioccolato,
zuccherini ecc.
La naked cake mi manca, non ne ho mai fatta una. E' proprio elegante
