Io adoro lo strudel ma per velocizzare i tempi spesso uso la sfoglia e devo dire che piace molto a tutti anche perche resta cmq piu delicato e meno pesante...in questa ricetta ho usato le mele Annurche una varietà Campana dal sapore leggermente asprigno e callosso,dalla polpa croccante, compatta, bianca ma sopratutto profumatissima!!
Strudel in sfoglia di mela Annurca
3 mele annurche
un pugnetto di uvetta
cannella
una noce di burro
30 g di mandorle
2 cucchiaia di zucchero
1 cucchiaio di rum analcolico
2 cucchiaia di confettura all'albicocca solo polpa
1 uovo
zuccherini
In una padellino mettete le mele tagliate a pezzetti,la cannalla,l'uvetta,il burro,le mandorle tritate e se piace il rum e lasciate insaporire il tutto per un paio di minuti, lasciate raffreddare.Stendete la sfoglia,spalmate con la marmellata e il composto di mele e arrotolate bene sopratutto i bordi....spennellate con l'uvo e i zuccherini e in forno a 180 per 30 minunti.
P.s. con questo strudel partecipo alla raccolta di pippi"strudel amore mio"....
